Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Aromatics Plant

Task Description:

    Provides engineering support for chemical and process systems like hydrocrackers and diesel hydrotreater.
    Identifies system concepts and determine system functional and technical requirements.
    Conducts process analyses, monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve problems and ensure operation within technical and safety basis requirements.
    Proposes and develops process/system improvement including flow sheet changes, equipment upgrades and plant modifications.
    Prepares modification packages, provide technical input (e.g., for procedure development) and approves work packages, and advise operations/maintenance for optimizing day to day operations.
    Monitors product yields, catalyst life and process efficiencies and generate recommendations, which increase plant efficiency or yield.
    Develops safety procedures to be employed by workers operating equipment or working in close proximity to ongoing chemical reactions.
